I’m an experienced revenue and sales leader with more than 20 years of success driving growth across SaaS, proptech, professional services, and talent marketplace organizations. I’ve led large, distributed sales teams, developed scalable go-to-market strategies, and earned multiple top performance awards for revenue growth, both as an individual contributor and leader. Before shifting into SaaS leadership, I spent 17 years leading professional services teams at a Fortune 500 company, and I’ve since helped multiple startups accelerate revenue, strengthen operations, and scale their sales organizations. I’m also a member of Chief, where I continue to invest in personal development and support women in leadership.

I am a proud Texas A&M graduate and Texan who now lives in the Phoenix area with my husband and three children. I enjoy staying active through various sports and activities, and I am an advocate for foster children. On weekends, my husband and I are often on the sidelines cheering at one of our children’s many sporting events.

Resolving revenue uncertainty and helping companies scale fuels my curiosity and passion for creating value. After nearly 20 years driving growth across startups to Fortune 1000s, I founded my consultancy to partner with leaders ready to break through their next milestone—always moving onward.

My approach is rooted in understanding humans and how to help us, collectively, uncover our true needs ultimately crafting authentic connections for clients and their customers. I bring a unique blend of Silicon Valley speed and Colorado resilience to every engagement, by building genuine connections, fostering transparent communications, and delivering bottom line value with clarity.

My background includes leading revenue teams at major companies like EA and GoPro, as well as early-stage startups, where relentless curiosity and hands-on expertise helped navigate everything from early pivots to enterprise scaling challenges. I graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in international studies. When not solving revenue puzzles, I’m snowboarding in the mountains, enjoying daily meditation practices, and playing grass volleyball.

I am a Recruiting Director with over a decade of recruiting experience in the accounting and finance sectors.

Originally from San Francisco, I graduated from the University of Denver and made Colorado my home. My commitment to the local accounting and finance community has deepened over the last 10+ years. I have worked with a wide variety of clients in Denver Metro from small startups to large established organizations in all industries. I pride myself on building strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of each organization, enabling me to deliver tailored solutions that meet their strategic goals. I am passionate about helping professionals advance their careers and providing exceptional talent to companies in need.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, my two little girls and my wild Golden Retriever. I also love embracing the outdoors as much as possible including a round of golf or neighborhood walks with the family!

I am a passionate operations professional with over 15 years of experience in accounting, recruiting, HR, sales, and operations. I have navigated the complexities of several industries including healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, distribution and more. My diverse skillset and industry experience gives me a unique perspective on business that explores the entire ecosystem. I find joy in problem solving alongside organizations, helping them build solutions that unify the various functions and create a means in which they can achieve their goals.

I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from the University of Denver and began my career as a financial statement auditor. Since then, I have supported several high-growth organizations in an operational role. I come from a long line of entrepreneurs and consider myself a true intrapreneur.

As a Colorado native, I am passionate about the great outdoors. My husband and I enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, snowboarding, camping, and golfing. As long as we’re out in the Colorado sunshine, we’re happy!

Helping entrepreneurs ‘Upward’ to help them understand their finances and cash flows, and obtain the capital needed to grow is what I am passionate about. Working alongside leaders of companies to help them reach their highest potential is the reason I founded Ascent CFO Solutions in 2011.

With nearly 30 years of experience, I have operated as a CPA with a global accounting firm, full-time CFO with multiple private companies and now as a Fractional CFO and Founder. My Fractional CFO experience includes partnering with companies in many industries including Technology & SaaS, manufacturing, e-commerce, professional services, financial services, construction, and real estate.

My education includes a B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University. When not working with clients, I love riding my mountain bike, skiing, hiking and spending time with my wife and three children.
