Paul Harrison, MBA
As a Fractional CFO, I enjoy working alongside the creative energy of entrepreneurs, supporting them with my 15+ years of financial and operational experience.
I have worked with high-growth companies who sell direct-to-consumer and companies whose customers include the majority of the country’s largest retailers, including Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Aldi, Home Depot and Amazon. I have also worked with business-to-business SaaS and other technology companies. I am adept at creating living, breathing financial models that serve as a guide for financial decision making – identifying and evaluating financing needs and alternatives, M&A and other scenario planning, and exit strategy and timing. At Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Lucy’s and other organizations, I led teams in FP&A, accounting and finance, HR, IT and risk management, and mentored financial analysts and accountants who have gone on to take significant leadership positions.
I hold an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School, a BA from Emory & Henry College, and I am a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
I have served on the board and as chair of the finance committee of HabitatForsyth, a Habitat for Humanity affiliate. I enjoy hiking and trail running in Colorado’s mountains.
