Megan Anderson, MA, CPA

I’m a seasoned accounting professional experienced with both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, utilities, financial services, private equity, healthcare, and nonprofit foundations.

As a Fractional VP of Finance at Ascent CFO Solutions, I enjoy helping clients with their financial needs, streamlining processes, maximizing efficiencies, and being an integral part of their overall success. Previous to Ascent CFO, I led an accounting team for a private equity firm in Denver. I have a passion for leadership and building teams, I thrive in faced paced environments, and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder, as well as a Master of Professional Accountancy degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. I’m also a licensed CPA in Colorado. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my children in their sports endeavors. I’m an avid cyclist and love being outdoors.
