Lilly Teixeira

With over 17 years of accounting and treasury experience, I bring a unique combination of deep accounting fundamentals and analytical capability to every engagement, helping organizations gain control over their finances and build systems that scale as they grow. I’m known for strengthening governance, driving automation, and delivering clear financial insight to executives.

My background spans complex, multi-entity organizations across healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors, where I’ve worked with ERP systems like NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics GP. I’m bilingual in English and Portuguese, and I hold a Master of Science in Business Analytics along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration, both earned Summa Cum Laude from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family. I love traveling with them, cheering my kids on at their activities, and just being present for the small everyday moments. Cooking and baking are some of my favorite ways to show love to the people around me. I also stay involved as a volunteer at my children’s school, which keeps me close to our community.
