Karen Plachy, CPA

Karen has 30 plus years of experience in accounting and finance in the energy,
commercial real estate, construction, environmental services, distribution, and wealth
management industries. She specializes in month end closing, financial reporting,
consolidations, internal controls, accounting systems, budgeting, forecasting, audits,
and M&A transactions.

As a hands-on financial leader and natural problem solver,
Karen has built and streamlined accounting operations, implemented enterprise
systems, and successfully supported complex real estate acquisitions and joint
ventures.

Karen holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a B.S. in Accountancy from
Elmhurst College. She is a CPA and a member of the Illinois CPA Society and AICPA.
