I am a hands-on, solutions-oriented accounting leader who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex financial operations. With more than 25 years of experience, I partner with growing businesses and their leadership teams to strengthen accounting functions, improve financial visibility, and build processes that support informed decision-making.

My career has given me the opportunity to work across a variety of industries, including real estate, property management, healthcare, legal services, telecommunications, and construction. I have led accounting operations in complex, multi-entity environments and have extensive experience with financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and process improvement.

I especially enjoy identifying opportunities to make accounting more efficient and scalable. Whether strengthening an existing process, improving reporting, or helping a team navigate a complex accounting environment, I bring a practical, collaborative approach focused on getting things done and creating lasting solutions.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two grown children, and our two granddaughters. I love traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
