Throughout my career, I’ve held CFO and executive roles at FoodSocial, AVOXI, Voci Technology, Ansoft, and Arrow Electronics, after getting my start as a CPA with KPMG.

With over 30 years of experience across the technology, SaaS, CPG, and creator economy industries, My background spans global finance, M&A, HR, compliance, and IP strategy. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped raise more than $40 million in funding and served as the primary liaison for boards and investors.

On the M&A side, I’ve led the financial strategy for numerous acquisitions. I’ve also helped guide a private software company through two public offerings and facilitated multiple successful exits.

I hold a BS in Accounting from San Diego University. I enjoy just about anything outdoors, both on land and in the water.
